All products sold on this store are made-to-order custom 3D printed items.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)

We will replace an item if:

  • It arrives damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Photos of packaging
    • Shipping label visible

We do not offer refunds—replacement only for valid claims.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their hardware before purchasing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect fitment
  • Unsupported configurations
  • Modifications required for your setup

Shipping Issues

If a package shows as delivered but is missing:

  • You must contact the carrier first
  • Then contact us with your case number
